Bonanza F33 panel add-ons

Featured Replies

So, I've been reading different threads on bonanza F33 panel mods and have a question about adding the RealityXP GNS530.I noticed the F33 has 2 ADF receivers. Is it possible to remove 1 of the receivers? It seems If you could, you would then be able to install the GNS530 in place of the stock 430, while keeping the NAV/COMM2 receiver. Has anyone tried this? I'm sure some of you have already thought of this, but I thought I'd ask anyway!Big%20Grin.gif

The problem is that the radios in the Bonanza are individual rectangles that are not combineable into a bigger rectangle. So you are stuck with two separate "half height" slots..
