January 28, 201115 yr Hello, PMDG - Hello, Captains:I know I am in the wrong forum, but any other attempts I tried were futile.I have a registered account, with e-mail and password (both working) in the PMDG home page. However, when trying the Product Support tab, I am not recognized as a subscriber(?). They say my e-mail is not registered and there's no way to communicate if one does not have a valid e-mail - a hellish loop...My problem is rather simple: my PC had a disk crash and I lost the PMDG airplanes I had: the 737/600 to 900, and the 747-400.Is there a way to get a new download, or do I have to re-puchase them all?I'm very short of money, living on a pension, and one of my few pleasures is to fly...Your answer will be most appreciated.Greetings from BrazilBPilot
January 28, 201115 yr You should submit a ticket at PMDG's website. It's very probable that they won't want to discuss this problem in the forum to keep personal information such as you PMDG account from becoming public. Matheus Mafra
