If i remember correctly is right what you said...i don't remember exactly the MD11 aural warning actuation parameters, but in the MD80 series aircrafts the system work as you said, with 1° degree or more moved in a second, the aural warning play...(stabilizer motion, the lovely girl's voice...) Of course, we are talking about the stabilizer trim...Cheers,

Shane,IIRC more than 2 degrees continuous stabilizer motion will trigger the call.Regards,Harry
