rw 747-8 and pmdg's look way different ?

Featured Replies

I might be wrong but...I was just looking at some pictures on airliners.net and it looks like the nose of the rw 747-8 and the pmdg one are way different ? Vic

Hi, If you are referring to how the windows extend till almost touching the radome on the new 747-8i, I think thats because the first few windows on pmdg's model have been "plugged". other than that I can't spot any other difference

Not only that I was also referring to this. Look at the picture ( arrows) Is that just paint or is it shaped differently ? 747-8Vic

Vic;For me it's an optical illusion made by gray paint, the same that appears above the wing.Best regardsCristiano Mueller

Vic; Boeing's website shows that image. Note that the 747-8i is actually identical in form to -400.Best regardsCristiano Mueller
