The easiest way would be to get a program like FS Panel Studio (http://www.fspanelstudio.com/screenshots.htm). I would also suggest using Google or Bing and search for how to change a gauge in FSX as you'll get lots of "hits" with recommendations/solutions from simmers at all FSX related websites plus here on AVSIM. You can actually do this with the Notepad editor.Assuming you have successfully installed the RXP 530 and the Garmin Trainer1. Back up the panel.cfg file2. Open up panel.cfg with Notepad and search and replace all instances of fs9gps!gps_500 by rxpgns!gns5303. Run the GNS WAAS FSX CFG program provided by RealityXP and select the GNS530 for your aircraftNow you should have the 530 appearing wherever the FSX GPS was previously, and the popup icon still works. There is further finetuning that can be done - and others may share their cockpit modifications (check the RealityXP support forum), but this should get you started.

Just a word of warning.. the default planes sometimes have coordinates missing - like the C172[Window02]size_mm=456,378window_size=0.5position=8BACKGROUND_COLOR=0,0,0VISIBLE=0ident=GPS_PANELzorder=4gauge00=fs9gps!gps_500, 0,0the size of the gps is not specified.. Since the RXP GNS has a default size of 500,360..You should change this to[Window02]size_mm=500,360window_size=0.5position=8BACKGROUND_COLOR=0,0,0VISIBLE=0ident=GPS_PANELzorder=4gauge00=rxpgns!gns530, 0,0,500,360
