It's a great aircraft.1. No, there isn't one and I don't know if they are considering making one. I am translating the manual into English, but I am not as fluent in Russian as I am in English and Bulgarian so its taking a while and some sentences and technical terms are proving difficult to translate properly. I don't know when I'll finish it. For the time being you can use Google translate to get the general meaning of the instructions.2. NAV and RSBN for navigation.

it's also equipped with RNAV navigation system NAS-1 (НАС-1), which can feed the lateral channel of autopilot. basic description in http://samdimdesign..../An-24RV_v2.htm may be helpful. there is also a book on Navigation (in Russian).
