I doubt that you'll find anyone wanting to buy that RAM but you might be able to make a little money by selling the processer - not sure how much - but probably nothing close to the $100 that you need.

According to Amazon, the retail on that cpu is around $80-100 USD, a little more for the memory. Someone with an AM3 socket MB may buy your phenom & memory for $100USD.EDIT: I recently sold my Athlon II x3, MB, & 8gb of unmatched DDR2 ram for $300US, so anything is possible :)

I used to sell a few things on Ebay... just set a minimum price. Watch out for fees though as Ebay has changed in the last few years...

I just did it face to face with a coworker. He was running a year old walmart special & decided to buy another, so we both came out ahead. I got most of my money back from the parts & he got a good, already OC'd computer for $300.
