March 23, 201115 yr Thanks guys!Successfully flying the Maddog is quite a feat for a 'newbie'. How long have you been simming? i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
March 23, 201115 yr Author Mmm.. Since 1998 i think. i have had the Maddog since 2006, and flown over 2200 simulation hours in it :( But don't tell my wife! i can't think of flying anything else. I do have alot of other PMDG products, and they are great, i always return and it always ends with me pulling my MD80 out of the hangar. :( Regards Martin Pedersen (DK) ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 I7 930 2.8GHZ (OC 4.0GHZ) 3x2Gb 1333 Mhz Kingston HyperX Nocthua NHD14

Yeah - I'm about the same, but recently I've spent more time with the A2A Spitfire, the SibWings BirdDog, the Britten-Norman Islander and the Dodo-Sim Ranger - all tooling around the OrbX PNW. There aren't enough hours in the day, are there? :( i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
March 24, 201115 yr Martin,I enjoyed your video, as well. I know how challenging it is to fly the MD80 well.I have been playing with my own videos, too and I'm wondering if you mind tellingme what software you're using to record and edit your videos. Also, I have a YouTube and Vimeo account and I'm curious if you think one works betterthan the other for ease of use, video quality, etc. assuming you've used YouTube, as well.ThanksEric AMD 7800X3D, RTX 4090, 42" LG C3 OLED 4K TV/Monitor

I think youtube is great, but be aware of what music you use. Much of it is has a copyright. Thats why i posted mine on Vimeo insted. For recording i use FSRecorder and Fraps and to edit my video i bought Sony Vegas Pro 10.0. Highly recommendable, but expencive! I got it cheap, because my cousin works at an TV-station here in Denmark. Regards Martin Pedersen (DK) ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 I7 930 2.8GHZ (OC 4.0GHZ) 3x2Gb 1333 Mhz Kingston HyperX Nocthua NHD14

March 27, 201115 yr Author Well... The music is from the film Transformers Revenge of the fallen, so it made a good headline. Regards Martin Pedersen (DK) ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 I7 930 2.8GHZ (OC 4.0GHZ) 3x2Gb 1333 Mhz Kingston HyperX Nocthua NHD14
