My First "True" FSX rig

Hard to say. I'm not entirely sure when Z68 boards are supposed to come out. Perhaps May? I wouldn't wait purely because of quirks you have been hearing about with the P67 boards. Mobo manufacturers have been working hard on fixing them and I think they've come a long way. Also, I don't think there is anything about Z68 that benefits an FSX computer specifically.

I heard they are limiting supplies of the P8's.....maybe getting ready for the release of the Z68?

What is the P68? Still socket 1155 or is it for another CPU coming out? As it stands now my AMD rig is NOT capable of running FSX well, but I get along. From what I've read core i5 2500k is the answer to FSX. If I keep waiting for new tech I'll never get around to building a new system. I only get to upgrade about every five years so I have to make this upgrade count.

Well the triple channel kit is just a hair better but you want dual channel with the P67 boards.
