After rebuilding my PC I am trying to intall all my PMDG aircraft but keep getting FSX ver 10.061355(SP1 at least required)I only have ver 10.060905 installed error messages. Firstly nothing is installed yet only FSX. I am trying to install the original ver first then the ugrades. I now have win 7 pro and before I was using XP, does this have anything to do with the problem I'm having. Anybody know what I am doing wrong. Is there a way of getting the new version so I can install without the error message.

You have to install the two service packs for FSX prior to installing the planes.Steffen

Above you said that you only had FSX installed. He is telling you that before you can install the PMDG plane, you need to install the service pack(s) for FSX. There is a Service Pack 1 & 2 available.

Thanks for the help but still not getting it. Where are these service packs your referring to, is it somewhere on the website I can download. I went to the download tab and it sais service update v2.1, I download it and it sais need to install app.Please point me to the service packs
