April 12, 201115 yr You need to use your original ordering e-mail address for the auto-reply system to work and the e-mail must be created automatically or exactly in the format specified. Make sure your ISP and your spam filter pass jdtllc.com. Check your spam folder. If you have had any e-mail address changes then send an e-mail to [email protected], subject registration problem, include your old e-mail address and user name, and product code including any '-' in it. He'll get to it when he reads your e-mail and can verify your purchase. In case he replied be sure it is not in your spam folder.
April 12, 201115 yr Author Hi Ron,I purchased this almost 4 years ago, this is not the first time I have needed a new key, but it is the first time it has taken more than a few hours to get a replacement. None of my information has changed, and I use the same method to request a key everytime.I didn't have to include the "-" with the product code in the email, it's already there when you start RC for the first time and send off an email using the program interface asking for a key. No, it's not in my spam folder.-????????? ! Glen ! Stroud This is what was sent to [email protected] from my one and only email address that I've used since day one, with numbers in place of the question marks of course. It's not a huge deal, when it gets here it gets here. I guess it's the fact that you don't receive any kind of notification or confirmation as to whether your information was even received that leaves a customer in the dark and wondering.Glen Gigabyte z590 UD - i5 11600k 4.9 GHz - 64gb 3600 MHz ram - RTX 3070 ti - multiple ssd - 34" 3440x1440 100 Hz Curved - Saitek Yoke Pedals Throttle Quadrant x2 - TM T16000m x2 Throttle - Win 11 Pro
April 12, 201115 yr The number of times of automatic renewals is limited and is quite generous. Send that e-mail off to [email protected] with the information and probably the reason for the latest renewal. Let him check the records to see how it was handled by the automatic system and he can manually generate a key if necessary. He was out of town for two almost contiguous long periods last week returning very late Sunday.

April 13, 201115 yr Author Hi jd,E-mail was sent using the program interface from my FSX machine, it then automatically fired up Thunderbird that I use for mail, and at 4:29pm EDT 4/11/2011 it left. Like I stated before, I have used it in the past without issue. I'm receiving all my usual mail that I get on a daily basis, even the junk that I really don't want but haven't marked as junk yet. I do have a Message Filter set in Thunderbird, but it's for size and reasonably large (1500k). I also only " fetch the headers" but it shouldn't stop anything from at least showing from the server side. Anyways, it's 8:08am Wednesday morning and nothing is here yet. Do you want me to try again??Glen Gigabyte z590 UD - i5 11600k 4.9 GHz - 64gb 3600 MHz ram - RTX 3070 ti - multiple ssd - 34" 3440x1440 100 Hz Curved - Saitek Yoke Pedals Throttle Quadrant x2 - TM T16000m x2 Throttle - Win 11 Pro

April 13, 201115 yr Author Yes very strange,I was wondering after, do the automatically returned keys come from jd@ or register@ address, because there was no problem with the email you sent today from jd@. Just a thought in case it happens again, and thanks for sorting things out.Glen Gigabyte z590 UD - i5 11600k 4.9 GHz - 64gb 3600 MHz ram - RTX 3070 ti - multiple ssd - 34" 3440x1440 100 Hz Curved - Saitek Yoke Pedals Throttle Quadrant x2 - TM T16000m x2 Throttle - Win 11 Pro
