Hi. I generated Ticket Number 249-15335FAA-8D29 on Apr.09/2011 But no reply yet. I posted on your support thread but looks like it is not getting much traffic, so posted here. If anyone from PMDG could update me on this i'd appreciate. Apologies if being impatient.

It's a Billing ticket Paul, I see it...Rick,The billing tickets can sometimes take a bit longer to process, I'll ask about it in a bit.EDIT - check your email Rick.
