April 19, 201115 yr E5d141.tmp is affecting my FS9 graphics. I've downloaded and installed some aircraft to my FS9. After I did this I get E5d141.tmp starting up at the same time as my FS9.My graphics in FS9 have been corrupted, there are no tenures on the aircraft and scenery in some sections of the simulator. Also, FS9 freezes when I want to change aircraft or log out. My pc is not connected to the internet. I go to the library to download the aircrafts. The aircraft was the only thing I installed and uninstall-ed manually. My FSX graphics are ok so far. I did a search on my PC and found the E5d141.tmp and I deleted it but it keeps coming back when I start FS9. Can anyone recommend a way to uninstall E5d141.tmp or a program that will remove this annoying program?
April 19, 201115 yr Deleting this file surely didn't help your situation. :( When I get home, I'll try to help you out if noone has yet. Currently sitting on the flight school's computer. In the mean time, what's the last aircraft/scenery/utility you installed. Your mentioned process/file is supposed to be there when FS2004 is running. That you've lost textures I'd say you problem is deeper. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
April 19, 201115 yr Moderator That is a temporary file created by the FS9 copy protection scheme. It is a protection scheme used by many programs including Adobe Photoshop CS, FS9, and others. It is a file created by the MacroVision SafeCast system.See: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/34880-e5d141tmp/-and-http://www.gamehourz.com/e5d141-tmp-ftopict45085.html Fr.
