I'm sure if FSUIPC is required for the product it will be included. I highly doubt you will need to buy anything than the product itself for functionality.BB

The PMDG 737NGX is a stand-alone product. You will not be required to purchase any other software (other than FSX :()

The NGX doesn't use FSUIPC at all - in fact neither do the 400X, MD-11X, or J41 either. The last product we made that used it was the FS9 MD-11. The FSX products use SimConnect, the native IPC API for the sim.
