May 25, 201115 yr I have a severe problem with TrackIR and the Saitek Backlit Info panel:1) Just running TrackIR with other hardware (Saitek Yoke, Throttle Quadrant, Rudder Pedals, Switch Panel, Multi-Panel, Radio Panel and VRInsight's MPanel: no problem at all.2) Just running B.I.P is ok as well.2) add BIP-Panel to TrackIR: CPU-Usage of TrackIR jumps from 0-3% to a constant 25%, framerates drop to 4fps every 5 seconds or so and everything is real laggy. In addition, if you close TrackIR, the processes won't stop and have to be killed in the task manager. This is the same for TrackIR 4 and 5, regardless of which USB-ports are used by either TrackIR or the Saitke BIP-Panel. Even if FSX isn't in use, TrackIR will occupy a single of my 4 cores and run with 25% load.I am sure I am not the only one to use those two products together, so: Is there a cure and if yes, which one? Thanks in advance.Bernhard
June 21, 201312 yr Your not alone with this problem. As far as I have been able to ascertain there is no fix in the form of a software patch. If I am wrong please let me know. There is a work around that does work however. Do the following: unplug the BIP from the USB start TrackIR Start FSX and load flight etc. as you normally would. Plug in BIP...you'll get an error message, click continue BIP and TrackIR work fine. MAD Mark Duff
