Looks more like wrong settings rather than graphic error.The "Jaggies" are cause by Anti Aliasing being off or disabled, Do a forum search for settings for your particualr card.

Yeah, that´s it. Try 8xQ AA for example and this should go away.Btw. what grafic card do you have? I can see here something like "Intel HD Grafics".

Laptop or Desktop? If it´s an Desktop system you should really consider buying an grafic card.
