June 18, 201114 yr Just saw this: http://secure.simmarket.com/supression-flight-ultimate-live-effects.phtmlI can't find any additional info... I'd like to know if this is compatible with REX and 3d Shochwave lights since I have those two addons. What do you think, probably not, right? Tomaz Drnovsek My FSX Videos My AVSIM Gallery
June 18, 201114 yr It is a collection of custom particle FX. Therefore it is unlikely to suffer any compatibility problems with any other add on, because such effects are generated by the FSX engine. You can in fact create these kind of FX yourself if you are willing to use the FSX SDK and mess about with the FX editing tool, which is easy to use, it being simply a case of changing values via a GUI.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
June 19, 201114 yr Commercial Member Aaagh! The sample shots are riddled with one of my pet peeves - the plural apostrophe! They're not "star's", for the love of all that's true and decent, they're just stars! Okay, rant over. For now. June 19, 201114 yr I quite like this quote from the product page though:'this product will going to improve the essential effects on your sim trying to let you the sensation of “feel the real life flying X-perience” like we say'To be fair though, the effects look okay, so a bit of pigeon English is no big deal really.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
