June 30, 201114 yr I was flying today on a Concorde X route into EGLL with EGLL addon installed, REX 2.0 clouds 1024, Ultimate Terrain, sliders high but not maxed, 20% AI traffic, no cars and experienced some screen tearing and then the dreaded OOM error for FSX. Not a blue screen or the sim just crashing. I actually thought this was very unlikely to happen with Windows 7 64bit but I guess it can. Just want to double check to see if this is simply FSX related or a result of overclocking instability.thanks,Mark. Mark CYYZ
June 30, 201114 yr Happens occasionally when FSX is heavily loaded... I've had it a few times but that was on my previous settings with LOD 6.5 Now I run default settings with highmemfix. My coworker has also received the error. We both run x64 OS's.I do not believe it is an OC instability. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
