Is this an example of a OC stability problem?

I was flying today on a Concorde X route into EGLL with EGLL addon installed, REX 2.0 clouds 1024, Ultimate Terrain, sliders high but not maxed, 20% AI traffic, no cars and experienced some screen tearing and then the dreaded OOM error for FSX. Not a blue screen or the sim just crashing. I actually thought this was very unlikely to happen with Windows 7 64bit but I guess it can. Just want to double check to see if this is simply FSX related or a result of overclocking instability.thanks,Mark.

Happens occasionally when FSX is heavily loaded... I've had it a few times but that was on my previous settings with LOD 6.5 Now I run default settings with highmemfix. My coworker has also received the error. We both run x64 OS's.I do not believe it is an OC instability.
