Hi there , I have ordered 3 days ago a set of manuals ( Chief Pilot's Flight Manual Set ) for the NGX , have received a confirmation email relating to order payment , but have as yet to to receive an email with shipping/tracking details . I think these are going via Fedex .Does anyone know how long this process takes or if there are any delays in getting the manuals outRegardsAndrew Norris

If I remember it took mine a couple weeks to show, although that was right after they were released so they may have been a bit overloaded. I do recall it took several days to receive my tracking/shipping confirmation. Sorry I can't be of more help, but it shouldnt take too much longer I wouldnt imagine. You'll be more than happy with them though, that I can assure :)Edit: Seeings as you have the chief set as well, I'd recommend having the schematics and cockpit posters laminated, was inexpensive and makes me feel a lot better having them protected.

Andrew,The shipping status will get updated as soon as the printer makes the manuals and ships them out. I don't see a tracking number and stuff there yet, so it probably hasn't been finished. If you don't see it update by the end of the week let me know and I'll ask the printer for you.

Andrew,Login to your PMDG account, your tracking details will be at the bottom of your online invoice. Copy paste it, and track it at Fedex. My set took 3 days from tracking number showing (within 24hrs of purchase) to delivery.Edit: posted same time as Ryan.

Hey Andrew, I ordered the Chief Pilot's Set on Monday and my tracking information appeared on the order status page on Tuesday, but I did not receive an email. So you might wanna check the order status and see if it may have shipped. I don't know if we're supposed to receive an email with the tracking number once it shipped, the only emails I received were the order confirmation. Hope you get them soon,
