Hi guys, Right to get to the point, how can i make my aircrafts strobes more timed and realistic. What i mean, for example on a Boeing aircraft the strobes flash once and there is a one second delay. Can i do this delay in a AIR CFG etc. file at all? The only aircraft what has managed to pull this trick off is the Level D 767. Any suggestions? on my qw757 the strobes go crazy and blink and flash when ever they want.

Hey, Look ( search ) in the file lib for a guy named Scott Gridley, the file is Asynchronous Aircraft Strobes Effect. Douglas

If the strobes are .fx files and not part of the model you can change them yourself. Go to this website and download the Special Effects SDK- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555857 It contains documents describing the structure of the .fx files, which are simple text files editable with Notepad. regards,Joe
