August 5, 201114 yr same here. i looked at the panel in awe. i could not dim the ND though. all others work. can you dim the captain side ND? i assume it's the INBD DU BRT knob? Denis Kosbeck KPHX

You need to turn the outside knob, not the inside one. The inside one controls the terrain brightness, so if you're adjusting that one on accident, the whole ND won't change brightness.
