Hi, it seems like its been long time since I ordered. I ordered the NGX at 10pm last night, got the confirmation email but no download link. I submitted a ticket and still nothing. So how about this, is it possible to cancel my current order and then just re order it because alot of people who ordered this morning already have the NGX but I'm still stuck here waiting for a download link or response from support.

I didn't receive any confirmation mail but the download link was in e-commerce system on order confirmation page. Czarek Niedziński

I already checked my previous order page about 100 times, nothing, doesnt even show that I bought it.

Guys, they're working on the download link issue they said.

Hold tight, Im sure you will get a responce soon enough. Seems like they are very busy. It wouldn't make sence to cancel the order and try to order again. It would cause more work than they really need.
