So yay for the ngx, great plane, but when i got to altitude lastnight i noticed my contrail was black, flat and had square shaped graphics trailling behind. Turns out the smoke from failures, landing, and contrail are all like this, i've included some pictures for clarification. I am using rex which could be the culperet but i'm certain rex and the ngx are compatible, they'd have to be right? I guess that has nothing to do with the NGX, but with FSX it self.

Try some other planes in your FSX and see if it happens to all of your planes. I used to have that problem before and I ended up by reinstall fSX
