well, as seen in the posky 777 V2, the rudder got locked while taxing between 10 and 60 knots, so when you pass 60 knots, the rudder will be unlocked and can move. I know, the posky 777 is a TOTALLY different aircraft, but it's still possible to design it. If posky can do it, PMDG should be able to do this also, right?
