Hi PMDG Hope you can help me out, just bought the NGX this evening in UK. Tried activation code and it said activation successful but then immediately a microsoft warning came up - do you trust this software? and before i could click 'yes' FSX crashed and the activation box came up again. Didn't know if this was the server issue people reported earlier or not, so put code in again, and after doing it a few times got a message 'activations exceeded'. This is the first time I have downloaded a product from PMDG as previously bought the DVDs. Tried to submit ticket but it doesn't seem to be workingCheersSteve Cummings

I`ve got the same message. Just send a discretion of what happened to the support portal, and the team will assist you.

Did you install the NGX as "Administrator" and run FSX as same? I've found this works for me when installing previous products. I recently installed a new livery for the FS9 NG and couldn't see it in the aircraft list. Used the "Administrator" option and there it is! I can't speak for the NGX, however, as I do not own it (yet).

i think it is a problem.with the attacks. I dont think its fair to criticize for trying to protrct tbeir product. Actually if i had it my way.....i would hunt down who ever was crewing with the servers......and sit them down.jn a kindergarten class to teach them.hkw to be nice lol.

oh yeah i gotchya. Not an issue on my end. The way i see it is if someone cant laugh once in awhile......these forums should be the least of their worries.

oh eah i bet that sucks. Im in college and working towards a flying career. I dont have enough funds to purchase this so it sucks watching everyone have their fun.Father of three huh? I have an english bulldog pup and i can barely handle that lol. I dont know how you do it.

submitted ticket 3 weeks ago, than asking 1 week ago for answer !!!! Until now no response from PMDG. Very very sad about that :-(((((((((.

The Anti-Piracy thing is to be expected to protect their IP, considering how many times software is uploaded to warez sites in this day and age. Btw they have records of all those that have purchased the NGX. If your not in the list they probably will ignore you. Real names are also a requirement in this forum at the bottom of your posts or in your tagline. Especially if you expect support from PMDG Staff.
