After Install 737ngx is not asking for the Licence key

Hi everyoneAfter I Install the 737ngx it is not asking for the Licence key when i first load up the plane in FSX.I have re-installed FSX but its still not Asking for the key so nothing on the 737 works once it has loaded.Im running FSX on Windows XP Jason Richards

I have the same problem.I use Win 7 64bit and PMDG 737NGX is not asking for activation so nothing works on the aircraft.Waiting for any inputs and ways to solve it.I'm totally in despare....Please help!!!

1) minimize fsx, the activation window may be hiding behind it2) exclude everything from fsx, pmdg and flexnet from active virus scans3) don't run any performance boosting software. Their main function is to kill background services & may be preventing the flexnet activation service from running4) if you choose to reinstall the ngx right-click the installer & select "run as administrator"Don't just jump to reinstalling though. If 1-3 don't work you should open a support ticket first, as suggested before this post.
