August 6, 201114 yr I installed the 737 NGX, and then it proceeds to install DirectX Setup. Then when I press install it tells me that I have an issue with Cryptographic Services and it fails to install. I tried to update it and it wont update. My Cryptograph is on Automatic I checked and it still doesnt install. I have Pmdg MD11 and 747 and never had this issue. I also have almost every scenery on the planet and not a problem. So can someone kindly help me with this. I will make an amazing video of this plane. Marcanthonystorm on youtube. This is what comes up when trying to finish installation: A cabinet flie neccessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verifythe Cryptographic Services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate isvalid.

August 6, 201114 yr Marc, Make sure you have Cryptographic Services set to automatically run and have restarted your computer since. I know I have to do that to get XAMPP running properly. Make sure there also is no third party program that could be disabling it.
August 6, 201114 yr All of these suggestions were made in the last thread he made about this topic. The reason no other scenery or airplane addon has caused the error before, is because it doesn't appear to have anything to do with the NGX. It's a DirectX problem. Nonetheless, Ryan M. (PMDG Support) is pretty slick when it comes to this kind of thing, and if you'd be patient, I'm SURE that your support ticket will be answered.
August 6, 201114 yr Marc, As I mentioned in the other thread, I was having the same problem as yourself. After hours of struggling, from advice gained from another thread here, I rebuilt my DLL.XML file using the tool from the Flight1 website, and hey presto, all works! Hope this helps you. Dean Preece
