With FSX you do not need the hex editor since the vc and plane are separate models. All you need to do is delete the reference to the vc model in model.cfg

I actually improved my frames at Aerosoft EGLL by converting all the textures to dxt5. Improved by 10 fps.

Yes,I also noticed you can turn them off in the cdu. PMDG has really done an excellent job with on the fly changes and animations

Yeah I flew into JFK earlier today iwht NGX that single ch came up but somehow I still engaged g/s engaged cmd b and flew an autoland

iphone and androids can read pdf. iPhone you can also download iBooks which you save pdf. Android can download pdf's too its jsut cant think of the app or apps off the top of my head

I read the procedure in the manual and followed it. Its just I tried to install 4 ngx 800 wl liveries at once and only one installed and all my previous livery entries were removed from aircraft.cfg

Ryan,My Installer Is Completely Overwriting aircraft.cfg and losing all my liveries. I have Windows 7 and ran as admin this is with 800WL

My Livery Manager is overwriting my other textures in aircraft.cfg I have Windows 7 and I am running as Admin

Mark, my recommendation download directx from Microsoft and install it yourself. When I came to that stage of install it said that it detected an equal or newer version of directx already installed

There is a database connection error so the server must have defaulted to the last time there was a connect error when PMDG did upgrades on 1 August so that message is for 1st August and there is simply a db connect error

i guess there are too many "anonymous" users purchasing the product that explains why the server is slow
