Just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation and admiration to the PMDG folks...first for creating such a marvelous aircraft in the 737NGX (and the others of course). I was caught up in the chaos of release night and the problems created by external sources on their systems. Suffice to say, I ended up having my CC charged twice for the purchase. Following morning I simply submitted a ticket and had a response back within five minutes in my email. Refund for the second charge was completed that evening. I am totally impressed with the level of customer service and attention to this matter, particularly considering the enormous burdens they were forced to deal with by some net miscreants. Well done gentlemen!

Hello, I will second that, I had a problem with the installation, raised a Ticket yesterday and recieved a reply today from Paul Gollnick, now I am up and running. richard welsh.

Got to agree, the guys were under tremendous pressure and still came through after all the long hours in the run up and long before. Hope they find some rest and family time soon.

That's odd. I've had a ticket open for the past 24 hours with no response.
