Just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation and admiration to the PMDG folks...first for creating such a marvelous aircraft in the 737NGX (and the others of course). I was caught up in the chaos of release night and the problems created by external sources on their systems. Suffice to say, I ended up having my CC charged twice for the purchase. Following morning I simply submitted a ticket and had a response back within five minutes in my email. Refund for the second charge was completed that evening. I am totally impressed with the level of customer service and attention to this matter, particularly considering the enormous burdens they were forced to deal with by some net miscreants. Well done gentlemen!

Thanks Ryan...we are all sure after these many months that team PMDG would like to push this product out to all of us who have been waiting. No chance you could have predicted getting attacked in this fashion. Good things come to those that wait...and this is a good thing.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing as well. Isn't iFly developed in China...not casting any dispursions here but what the heck?

well if they can hack the Pentagon, Im sure they can get to PMDG too!

Yep.."buy" button takes you to....747 extension pack. LOL..."head fake"? The plane looks magnificent..now if the website will cooperate we will all reach Nirvana.

Actually I find the timing perfect..I'm watching the Red Sox/Indians game and wait for the middle of each inning to refresh. Its making the time go by nicely!
