I am having a problem with the DU's not displaying information at all. No speeds, altitudes, fixes. I just have blank screens. Very frustating.

you don;t see anything? Or you just see no numbers? Could be that the font is missing.

I have no numbers or waypoints. I have just the shape and outline of the screen.

sounds like its not turned on, on the aoa vid and nick turned them off on the overhead this assuming u have them turned on of course

The screen is not blacked out. The screens are powered up with lines and graphics where the info goes. There is just no information shown
