PMDG and New Microsoft FLIGHT

Featured Replies

hi: Will be posible to use the new PMDG NG FSX 737 with the new MSF? N. Sobrino

Most likely not, we don't know. There is very little info on Flight available yet.

I don't think so, unless MS is working on something with forward compatibility. But I think even PMDG can't tell at this moment. Probably not.

Personally, I hope not. I suspect that there are plenty of ways that FSX could be improved from a code design point of view (to better take advantage of GPU features, for example) but these would all involve big changes to the architecture. So I hope that Microsoft Flight breaks every addon to date, that might be a sign that they have been working on the internals of the simulator! :( But this is all just conjecture
