I just pay with visa cc for the new 737 all the respective information and order # shows normalbut I have no down load link to get the acft. so I sent a ticket to pmdg and no anwser. Any one have the same problem?I open a acc with pmdg before I made the purshase. If any one have the same problem wath was the solution.

Fernando, Log-in to your PMDG account on the PMDG website. Then view previous orders, find your order and click on it. You should have a "Download URL" link near the bottom.

Or submit a ticket to PMDG support.

Fernando, Your order looks good to me and I've resent the purchase email. If it's not getting to you then it's being spam-blocked somehow. Check your spam folder, check with your ISP etc, or change the email address to something known to work, like a gmail address and let me know and I'll send it again.
