I have just completed my first flight to test out the NGX, KBFI-KBOI. All I can say is WOW. The NGX is by far the best addon ever made. Everything about the aircraft pulls you in; makes you feel like you are in a real NG. Nothing can truly accurately describe this aircraft. No words, none of the screenshots, or any video posted so far, and to ever be posted. Only until you actually step into the NGX do you realize what a beautiful aircraft it is. You can watch a video of all the airline options all day long, but only until you step in and try it for yourself do you realize how incredible it is. Along the flight, I continued to find neat little features that seem insignificant, but are what bring it the feeling of sitting in an NG. Also, they stated the virtual cabin would be basic, yet it is one of the best ones I have seen, no question. Next time I'm booked on an NG flight, I won't be very excited. The NGX is right up to par with the real plane, except I get to fly it myself unlike in the real plane This simulation makes everything else on the market obsolete. PMDG was already the premier aircraft developer, yet they have exceeded so far with the NGX I can't comprehend it. PMDG team, you guys are an INCREDIBLY talented group. Your time, effort, and talent shows everywhere from the second I load up the NGX. I can't express how happy I am with the NGX; thank you for an outstanding product! One last thing, for anybody holding back because of price or performance: don't. The NGX has excellent performance and I would easily pay double for it because the simulation is just that rich. Oh, and if you're worried about bugs, I spent about 3 hours from messing around with options on the ground to opening the doors at my destination and didn't have any sort of bug at all. Not even the slightest of problems. It makes me truly glad PMDG took the time to perfect the NGX, it has set a very bold new standard, not achievable by anybody but PMDG in my mind...

I agree. Sadly standards don't seem to work in such a small market. A certain cessna jet dev stated that we are all spoiled by FS developers and that it's time to get realistic- a lame excuse for not wanting to include important features. I'm glad PMDG knows how to do things, and I think that's why they are the best. Keeping us in the loop, dealing with immature members, making the best airplanes for flight sim out there. So yes, thank you!

I agree. I have only done two flights due to lack of time and I can't describe with words how realistic and immersive it is.
