August 10, 201114 yr Is anyone else seeing that at cruise there are no contrails behind the aircraft? Not a biggy; but, thought was odd. August 10, 201114 yr Are they black as a missing file? Or sometimes their dont appear based on the temp or dew point i think but not certain. Dmitriy Kotov If it is not IFR conditions it is not fun.

Am at FL390 and haven't seen them on any flight. Weird. August 10, 201114 yr I flew yesterday at FL250 and they were there. Weird ... I do not know what to tell you ... Best regards Cristiano Mueller
August 10, 201114 yr Do you use something like asa or rex weather engine? Dmitriy Kotov If it is not IFR conditions it is not fun.
August 10, 201114 yr I'm guessing you just haven't found the proper weather conditions to see them. They might look weird/funny in this picture because I was did time acceleration and paused to get this shot.
August 10, 201114 yr Author I use REX, but get them on all other aircraft. Just might be too warm, I guess. August 11, 201114 yr If it is too warm (dew point) regardless of the altitude you won't see them. Cold enough and you will see them below 290. Ken EhlersF70
