Livery included option issue

Recommended Posts

Hi, Every livry on the PMDG hompage contains options. Like HGS or not, EPOS or not and so on.It works good expect the airstairs. Like the Airberlin's 737 or the Austrian' 737 they aren't equiped with an airstair in real live. But in the PMDG plane they have airstairs. I know I can easily switch them off via the FMC but should that not work automaticly? Is this an issue or does a libary only contain cockpit changes and not outside equiment? Best regards John

I have found the entrys for the planes equipment of each individual repaint. But there isn't anything in about airstairs.Might is it possible to include this information in the next SP? So that depends on the real aircraft if airstairs are available or not, like anything else in the plane? Best regards Jonathan Huschle

Hey people, on an almost related and very late side note, here's another request for things that shall be saved: I want the BARO setting (I mean the unit, not the number, inHg/hPa) to be saved! Big%20Grin.gif I fly in an hPa exclusive region and I simply can't remember where that tiny clickspot is to change the outer knob so I have to restart searching every time. Any chance for the SP? Well, never mind, found and fixed. If anyone cares, open up your favourite panel state, go to the [EFISControlPanel.0] section (make sure it's the .0 section, I had the wrong one first too... LMAO.gif), and change the Baro Switch=0 setting to 1. Voilà. Changed a whole ton of other stuff as well while I was at it. sig.gif

Yeah, I just changed a ton of the "hardware" switches that I would never touch, but only set to something specific every single time I load up a flight. JUST like the baro setting. It's a hardware switch, so nothing that could be reset by the internal software, and I fly hPa exclusively, so I would imagine I would never change that setting if I didn't have to because it goes back to inHg every time the plane loads, obviously. Now it's permanent, how cool is that. Also I did various changes to overhead switches as for a preflight state as I see fit. Pretty convenient, but I wouldn't mess with the numbers that are not obvious (e. g. I'd stick to changing simple on/off switches or rotary knobs). sig.gif
