A little more explanation please. Are you trying to not have FSUIPC program the throttle, or are you trying to program it with the throttle?

I don't want FSUIPC programm the throttle.

just go to FSUIPC menu in FSX, and go to tab key and move you throttle, if it is signed to FSUIPC you will see it, then you can uncheck it,
