Try NickN's guide over at the SimForums. I think it is install FSX, run, reboot and the install Acceleration. After that install all your addons and test each and every one as you go.

You need to run FSX after installing SP1.

Run Secunia for outdated softwareIf you persists in using uiautomationcore.dll do so, otherwise read HERE Don't install acceleration, stick to SP1+SP2Before you install the bunch op aircraft software a.s.o., run the TWEAK including the FPS limiterRun ccleaner before running defragglerFly and check, make corrections; Then make an image of the disk or create a restore point. At last : install the 737NGX after you made a restore point/image or what so ever can bring you back to the comfort zone...

I don`t have a problem with Acceleration and the included SP2. I`ve always installed it and love using the EH101 very much. Plus the F18 on a moving aircraft harrier that I added GPS coordinates to so it can be located by the aircraft. This does not seem to affect the 737 NGX in any way I can see.

Use Ryan's PMDG Guide above and you can't go wrong.
