August 14, 201114 yr So I left the NGX to download overnight then when I woke up this morning it was not there. The download file was not there. Is this a known isuue? What happened to the file I downloaded? Joe Barton

August 15, 201114 yr Try downloading directly to a new folder on your desktop, so you know exactly where it should be.
