Hi, when I choose the aircraft from the menu I am Asked for activation code. I try to copy and paste the license key I received from the confirmatİon e-mail but as I paste it stays for one second and then disappears. I try to write down my self and every letter vanishes as a second one is entered. Did any one have the same issue? Regard, İlhan KESMEZ

Many people have been reporting the same. I have downloaded the new hot fix from today and still cannot activate my NGX, my system immediately crashes after. I have tried steves suggestion to no luck. I can't even believe PMDG have not even offered some kind of compensation for something which themselves have created, the lack of technical support for this is unreal! even when posting a ticket. J

Guys please calm down. As with the launch of any new addon this complex there will be bugs. You just have to be patient. I know its hard to do that when you've just payed $70 for this but trust me, once you get it, you'll be extremely happy. Just cool. Take a breather. The guys will get to you. Try simple fixes such as turning of UAC, running FSX as admin, making sure there are no firewalls blocking the connection to the activation server etc.

I did have it and due to the hotfix I got $ha&&ed. I believe this to be utter incompetence really even through the terrible excuse of a response through the support ticket. I have tried the method below over a hundred times! http://forum.avsim.n...ivation-issues/

The activation and protection on the NGX is not run by PMDG themselves. The activation issues have to be sorted by the company that provides the protection, which PMDG can't make them go any faster. They're trying. They're testing. A fix will come.
