The trusted section is nothing but hash codes for specific versions of dlls that FSX is authorized to run, the dlls are checked against the list when run - it does not affect anything outside of that.

You can always delete the all entried in the [Trusted] section, no need ot delete the whole FSX.cfg.all what happens is, that at the next start of FSX or a flight you would be asked again to "trust" them. I delete this from time to time as I also think that couldn't be bad...
