How many aircraft does PMDG have on their list to develop?

Recommended Posts

We all love the magic PMDG brings to FSX and I see FSX being around for many years to come, so the question is how many potential aircraft are on PMDG's possible list.

They have announced the 600/700 expansion, ER expansion, BBJ expansion and the Mil. P8 expansion for the 737NGX. And after that they will develop the Boeing 777 (which models are not known) and the Dash8 turboprop. There are also 2 secret projects... Time (or rather PMDG) will tell...

Expansions for NGX, 777, 744x "rebooted" (workover of VC etc to bring it up to NGX level) Dash 8, Modern Airbus of some form. Probably A32x

That sounds right, apart from the airbus. While FSX is crying out for a good airbus, I cant see PMDG compromising a good working relationship with boeing. If they do FBW it will most likely be the 787, but not before they have some good information for it. I am sure PMDG have the 787 in mind somewhere, but I am not convinced that it is one of their secret projects. I think a remake of the 747 is, but it will be a while before hard information comes through about the 787 but i dont wish to speculate on PMDG's future developments because it serves no purpose. I only offer my own opinion on this matter

I think PMDG confirmed (don't quote me on this!!) a while back that they will eventually do an airbus.

Somewhere on their site I think I read a while back that they had on their to-do list, the NGX, the Q400, the 777, and some other things they couldn't name...

I think the only aircraft you should consider "for sure" would be the NGX 600-700 and the 777. A lot of things were said before but it has been a long time. Things change. Regarding the BBJ and Mil varients, I think it was said they would do it only if there was enough interest.
