Can't find GEX

looking thru my scenery library i see my orbx stuff my scenerytech for europe stuff my aerosoft san fran stuff....but i don't see the word GEX anywhere. BTW its for north america. is it suppose to show up in the scenery library?? thanks............Bill

It should show up as UT Usa Railroads, UT Usa Ground Polygons and things like that.If you run the config tool from the Flight1 folder, it will check if everything is ok and activated. That's Flight One Software\UTUsaFsx and then UtSetup.exe. Oops, sorry, you were writing about GEX not UTX. This stuff replaces the default FSX textures, so it doesn't have dedicated GEX named entries there. You would have to check the textures itself.But if in doubt, you could rerun the setup there too and it will install the textures (again). Make sure to turn off the FTX mode from Orbx before.

I am no expert I believe that you are referring to the Ultimate terrain files. GEX installs textures only. I think that GEX installs to your C:program files under Ground Environment X North America or what ever version you have.
