why doesn't the standby attitude indicator work. i try to bank the plane, it just stays on the horizon! i recalled the system announciator lights panel everyhing is working properly.

Uncage it with the large round knob on the right of it, assuming it isn't the ISFD you're talking about.

The right knob is for center the attitude ball, not to uncage it. However, if the indicator have not reached its stops, also if not aligned, must work (not aligned) when the aircraft is moving.
