It seems that the PMDG aircraft automatically calculates the fuel for you, if this is like the 744X's FMC in regards to fuel loads. This doesn't seem to be the case on the real aircraft though.

Kevin, The only PMDG aircraft that plans fuel is the MD-11 (to my knowledge). I may have missed something in the 744 manual.
