August 31, 201114 yr On July 10th of this year I purchased the PMDG BAe JetStream 4100 software. I need to re-download this software package and I opened a support ticket this past weekend with no response. How long does it normally take for a response to re-download ? I lost the install file due to a computer crash. I should have backed it up right after I downloaded it the first time, lesson learned. Also, do I have to pay the $5 for the one year extended download service after the 10 day download link has expired ? Or do I have one year of download service with my original purchase ?
