September 4, 201114 yr Commercial Member Hey guys, I know it's a bit of a unique issue but it surfaced after I installed the NGX. If it's an NGX related problem, awesome, if not, even better. I seem to have an issue at the back of my cockpit at night (no, not that type of issue :( ), where the circuit breaker panel is "hollow". Any idea what might cause this? Thanks! P.S., it also causes some weird things and models to be hollowed out in scenery... September 5, 201114 yr Are you using DX10 preview by any chance? The NGX isn't compatible with it, and it causes issues like that. Cristi Neagu
September 5, 201114 yr Author Commercial Member Nope, no DXT10 mode. And my drivers are 267.24 for the GTX 260. I can't really update my drivers too often because my computer never seems to operate correctly after I do. Let me try and update them now... September 5, 201114 yr Commercial Member open your FSX.cfg (hit the Windows key and R at the same time, type in %appdata%\Microsoft\FSX and open the fsx.cfg in notepad) under the graphics section, [GRAPHICS], enter HIGHMEMFIX=1 It sounds like a memory issue. September 6, 201114 yr Author Commercial Member Could of sworn the HighMemFix was already there It's in the first pages of the introduction.True, it might be, but I've had to re-do my CFG so many times because of things like FSDT problems that I've lost track. Anyway, thanks to everyone here! It seems to be working fine for now.
