September 22, 201114 yr I know you can install these into FSX but don't you still have to have FS9 installed? can you still install them if you don't have fs9 I'm very interested in getting this, it was one of my favs for fs9 Ciao!
September 22, 201114 yr I didn't have FS9 installed on mine either, but what I did was create a temp folder on my desktop, inside that folder I also created other sub folders naming them gauge, effect, and aircraft. When I downloaded the aircraft from PMDG and try to install it, it asked for the root directory to FS9. I simply directed the file to install into my temp folder on my desktop, and all the files were there. I then did what I needed to do to convert and transfer the files I needed into FSX. November 27, 201114 yr How did you get around the issue of needing the file called Cessna208.gau from FS9? I just extracted it from the CAB on FS9 CD #2, but if you don't have FS9 CDs, you won't have that guage file and your VC will be incomplete.
