September 22, 201114 yr Hello All -- sorry for the administrative post here, but I tried to find a way to get a question to PMDG and could not find a way.I am trying to re-install my 747-400X after a disc change, and cannot locate my password.I have all my order data, but cannot post it here. September 23, 201114 yr Hi Bob; You can go to their support page (not forum!) at http://support.preci...in/Default.aspx and register. Then send in a ticket. When I lost my MD11 password I logged into the customer system (as if you were going to purchase a product) and accessed my PMDG transactions and got the PW that way as well.
