September 30, 201114 yr It happened to me when i had a poor video card while loading huge texture... Now i own a Nvidia 560 Ti and since i installed it no more strange blue glitches when changing views in fsx...Maybe fsx need time to load textures in memory meanwhile it shows this strange artefact.. CPU i7 7700 3,6 ghz @ 4,5 stable config.32 gigs DDR4 3200 MHz ram Geforce GTX 1080 Ti 11 Gbyte DDR 5 windows 10 PRO 64 Bits build 2004 - Hotas Wharthog throttle - joystick + Rudder Pedals + Trackir 5 and Oculus Rift S480 gbyte SSD Corsair .- 240 Gb SSD kingstone - 10.000 rpm HD 1TB
September 30, 201114 yr Author thx for reply, I have Nvidia 580 so it should not have to do with the Video Card, its strange tho......but you see the FSX/Logo in the glitch....

June 10, 201411 yr You can do one of the following:-a- delete the bkg.bmp file that is located in your FSX root folder-b- replace it with an entirely black bkg.bmp file that you can create yourself in Paint. You can use dimension of 256x256 pixels.-c- replace it with the alternative bkg.bmp file that comes with the last freeware DX10 Shader fixer of Steve Parson (shader_release_v3.2.2.zip)I would recommend option C ^_^And you won't see this anymore in DX10! To my knowledge, the bkg.bmp is not used by the sime for anything else. Regards, Vital Vanbeginne
